We did this because people like you are getting involved. Americans all over the country are making it clear--they’re going to resist President Trump’s self-serving agenda and the GOP’s harmful policies by voting and contributing their time or money to help Jon. Our volunteers here in the Sixth District of Massachusetts made over 1,000 calls to Georgia voters to support Jon.
Jon now faces a runoff election on Tuesday, June 20th. He needs your help now more than ever to get him elected and to send a clear message to President Trump that we won’t stand for his dangerous agenda. Become a volunteer
One question I’ve heard from people loud and clear since the election of President Trump is “What can I do?” People are looking for ways to take action and be heard. I ran for office to bring a new generation of leadership to Washington. More than ever, we all have an opportunity and an obligation to take action and lead. Join me.

To know what I’m doing for the Sixth District, to stay connected, and to get more engaged, I encourage you to sign up for my emails, join an action group that we created after the election to support citizens’ desires to organize and be heard, and consider supporting me with a donation so we can continue this fight together. And always stay in touch to let me know what’s on your mind.
Support a new generation of servant leaders
We can fix Congress and strengthen our country by recruiting a new generation of leaders, who will put country ahead of politics, to run for public office. I created the Serve America PAC, a political action committee, to help do just that.
People like you across our district, and the country, are mobilizing to stand up for the values and ideals we share. Here are some ways to get involved.
Support Organizations that are fighting for us
There is an incredible network of nonprofit advocacy groups across this country working every day to stand up to attacks against our democracy and basic American Values. Consider supporting any one of these organizations, or find one that is working on an issue important to you.
We’re facing the most serious national security crisis in a generation. This is worse than Watergate, when President Nixon covered up a crime against the Democrats. This is a coverup of crimes against the United States of America.
U.S. intelligence agencies agree that Russia wanted Donald Trump elected president, and we know that Russia hacked our election to help make that happen. On top of that, President Trump’s refusal to release his tax returns and Republican efforts to conceal them leave us all wondering: Who is Donald Trump really working for?
Now President Trump has fired Sally Yates, Preet Bharara, and James Comey – all of them abruptly, and as each was overseeing an investigation of him.
You deserve answers. This is about putting our national security before partisan politics and getting to the truth. We must have an independent, 9/11-style investigation – one that holds public and classified hearings and has subpoena power – into Russia’s hacking of our election and Trump’s connections to Russia. And we need an independent prosecutor to bring any wrongdoers to justice.
Call congressional leaders today and demand an independent investigation: 202-224-3121.
Join Seth and demand that Congress launch a full, independent investigation into Russia’s hacking our election and into Trump's connections to Russia during the campaign, and today.

There is method to Donald Trump’s madness. He and his political advisers know exactly what they are doing.
They may not know how to lead an effective, ethical government, or how to make Americans safer or more prosperous. But they do know how to use lies to manipulate what Americans think, to pit us against one another, and to pervert our democracy to attain power.Read more
1. Trump's executive order banning Muslim refugees runs counter to fundamental American values.
We are a nation built largely by immigrants, many of whom were refugees fleeing our enemies. We must remain the beacon of hope for the world, and closing our borders to those in need, especially when it is based on religion, is unconstitutional and un-American.
2. Trump's executive order does nothing to improve the vetting process for immigrants.
We would all agree that taking rational steps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the vetting process would be reasonable. This order does nothing to enhance vetting.
3. Trump's executive order and statements are harming our national security.
By discriminating against Muslims, Trump is inciting attacks against America. ISIS is already using Trump's words for their own propaganda purposes. This action will prevent us from being able to get support from allies that are so critical in our war against terror. Even Iraq's parliament is seeking a reciprocal ban against us.
This isn't a Democratic issue or a Republican issue. It's an American issue. We need more people on both sides of the aisle to stand up for what is right.
Stand up for American values and for a safer America. Tell Trump and our leaders: END THE MUSLIM BAN.
America is no stranger to struggle. Throughout our 240-year history, we have fought wars at home and abroad. We have navigated through economic downturns that shook the foundations of our society. And we have worked to create a more perfect union for communities that have been denied equal rights and equal treatment for far too long. Though our union remains far from perfect, we have persevered through every challenge the world has thrown at us. And we are stronger for it.
Today, I was sworn in to serve a second term as your representative in Congress. It is one of the great honors of my life to serve you, and I promise you that my team and I will work our hardest every single day to represent you, our district, our country, and our values with humility and vigilance.
I know many of you are disappointed and looking for answers after what happened in this year’s presidential election. Believe me, I share your disappointment. But I’ve also heard loud and clear that, more than talk, people are looking for action.
Now more than ever, we’re all in this together. And it’s going to take the concerted and collective action of every single one of us to bring our country together.
We need to start today.
We will probably remember last night as one of the most disillusioning of our lives. I am truly sad for this country that I so deeply love, and I know many of you are as well.
But while sorrow and despair are both justifiable and understandable, they won’t move us forward. I was re-elected last night to do a job that now is more important than ever, and I will need your continued faith and support to do it well.Read more
